The GA-005 Harvester (GA-005ハーベスター) is Vanilla H's EDEN Emblem Frame.

Technical Overview[]

Designed as a support fighter, the green Harvester carries a nanomachine colony, allowing it to repair the Emblem Frames while in battle. However, the Harvester cannot repair itself, Elsior, or regular ships like allied ships. Its Repair Wave is nothing offensive, it only heals all EDEN Emblem Frames and also Harvester itself. Because the ship's priority is the defense of the Emblem Frames, it's firepower is almost next to nothing.

Armaments[]

Hyper Weapon[]

  • Repair Wave: Launches nanomachines from its storage units to heal ally units to max repair.

The Harvester has average speed and good defense, but lacks in strong offense with its weaponry as it was built for ally-support to repair mechanical damage for ally units. It is quite possibly the most invaluable of the EDEN Emblem Frames, being generally fast enough to reach a beleaguered comrade in time to repair damage especially for Kung-fu Fighter. On the other hand, during the later battles Vanilla will likely find herself busier repairing her friends than actually fighting.

Weapons include one energy gun (range ????) and six Phalanx missile launchers (range 4000, min 2000). Harvester also boasts a large energy shield

Its Hyper Weapon is the Repair Wave, which functions as support that restores the HP of all Emblem Frames to full, no matter where they are on the map. Thanks to its defensive power and its low energy consumption, the Harvester can stay in front line combat to tend to other ships and secure escapes for resupplies.

Trivia[]

  • The Harvester's name may be tied to harvesters in the context of the Bible, which is that they're tasked with guiding those who have fallen from Christ back to safety with love and compassion. This mirrors Vanilla's desire to help others, and is possibly inspired by the religion she practices (at leas in the anime)
